Hey, I actually do use Addictive Drums :D

I just tweak the shit out of my kits with all the EQ and FX stuff in the VSTi.

I boost my kick quite a bit at a higher frequency like 5228 or so and so to get a snap to it, then apply a "Zap" filter to it to give it a little more punch. Same assorted FX around the board, on my snare and on the hats and cymbals.

Cool song man ! I think the mixe tone is pretty good ! But I feel that your overall guitar and bass track is kinda delay. I used to move all the tracks of my song a bit foward to counter the delay when I record ! It just take 1minute to set. Try it out, Good job ! 5/5 !

Like the overall mixe man, but you could try to put 2 guitar tracks instead of one, one pan left and the other right, that will make it sound even better. I also think that you could decrease the volume as well for the guitar, just a bit. But yeah, Good work ! 5/5

I do agree, Thanks for your review I appreciate your advise. I think the volume issue not only with this song but the whole album stems, from when I used my Monitors for Mastering they were split with headphones losing some volume so I think I over compressed.

Good Metal !

Very good song but the mixe is not well balance, you should rise up the volume of the guitar and drop it down a bit for the drum. And have you try to record 2 guitar on 4 tracks. I always mixe that way, to get a better overall guitar sounds. Like put one track pan 100% left and the other pan 100% right, and record 2 more track with 50% in each side with the same riff... That will make an heavier tone. So yeah overall good job.
